Position summary

The Digital Technical Specialist (DTS) represents AA full digital portfolio suite. The DTS has comprehensive technical background and expertise, and master the software and any IT related platform, on top of the technical specification and applications of our product and processes.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Partner with DSS (Digital Technical Specialist) and Implementation Specialist to onboard new customers and ensure proper initial product and process training is delivered.
  • Tackle any technical related questions promptly, ensuring fast and successful resolution of the same.
  • Being up to date in any product release and new features, as well as any new tools the company is developing for the customers.
  • Gets access to different reports and data sources to escalate and analyze technical issues.
  • Reviews and reports complaints received from customers and recommends corrective action through established reporting guidelines.
  • Being up-to-date on competitive landscape in order to understand market standard and specific
  • Establish and maintain a travel schedule that will allow consistent contact with existing and potential customers at work trade shows / customer marketing & education events
  • Prepares periodic reports including weekly call reports, weekly expense reports, periodic general reports, and other reports as assigned.
  • Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of company’s production and delivery schedules.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Most important qualifications and competencies

  • BSc or any equivalent education
  • Previous experience in medical device industry, preferably within the dental field. Any ortho related experience is highly valuated.
  • Willingness to operate in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English + native in one of the following: Italian, French, Spanish, German.
  • Strong ability to influence other and build strong personal relationship with customers.
  • The position in based in Madrid, Spain with office attendance required.
